Did you know that through your thoughts and belief system you can be on your way to miraculous weight-loss. Its been proven through quantum physics.

You may not be aware of this but your thoughts do set the tone for how your life unfolds before you. You actually have some input into how you’d like your life and body to develop. Numerous studies by quantum physicists have demonstrated that our thoughts actually create our reality. If this is true we have only to look at our lives presently to ascertain how we’ve been thinking (creating). And it gives us more than a glimpse into our thoughts; it shows us what we believe to be true. Therefore, if we choose to believe we will never loss weight or achieve our fitness goals, that is what our lives will reveal. You see your reality reflects your thoughts and your thoughts reflect your beliefs.

Take a look at your body, are you currently overweight (65% of American are overweight)? If so, do you believe you have the ability to feel and look the way you truly desire. Examine your current beliefs relating to your ability to accomplish your weight-loss goals; it’s safe to conclude that a change in your thought process may be necessary if you aren’t achieving these goals. You may also find that you can adjust your thinking in other areas of your life as well. We want to focus on fitness and weight but don’t ignore the other areas of your life, they are all connected. It is possible to enjoy success in one area of your life (your career) while failing in another (health and fitness).

Ok, if my beliefs about weight loss and consequently my thoughts are hampering my ability to succeed what should I believe and how should I be thinking? Good question! Here’s the answer; You should believe that you have already achieved your idea weight and all your thoughts should reflect this belief. For instance, when you look in the mirror, regardless of what you see, believe that you are at your desired size and weight and only entertain thoughts that correspond to your new belief about your weight. Mentally applaud and compliment yourself for your success. Give thanks and feel good about what you have done, remind yourself how much you love yourself (this is crucial). It is very important to think only thoughts of success and accomplishment. Do not let thoughts of doubt enter your mind, if they do remind yourself how grateful you are for achieving your goals. You must believe that you are already were you want to be.

Adopt this way of thinking and persist intently, the way you feel and think about yourself will shift. You will begin to have more energy, more self-respect and more love for yourself. This shift will propel you toward proper nutritional intake and an increased activity level. I can’t emphasis enough how important it is to only see yourself the way you desire to be and think only thoughts that re-enforce that idea. This is all you’ll need to achieve your weight-loss, fitness or any other goals you desire to accomplish.
