We are always talking about fitness and the things necessary to achieve it. The possibilities are endless or so it would seem. You can involve yourself in activities from walking to power-lifting or martial arts. There are indeed many options to choose from when deciding on a path to fitness. Which brings me to my point, making a decision and sticking with it. We know that with the holidays approaching very quickly, there is the possibility that something won’t get done.
For most people it’s the things we dread or dislike that we tend to push to the bottom of our to-do-lists. Once again for most people this will be represented by little or no exercise or so they think. We can actually make this up with all of the ripping and running most of us will be doing in preparation for these wonderful holidays. The point is though your daily course of activities you receive fitness benefits.
The holidays will certainly accelerate the pace at which we go about cooking, cleaning, shopping and moving in general. Things that we naturally do now take on the guise of exercise (how wonderful)! Keeping it natural can create the illusion that you are not really working out, when in fact you are receiving powerful health benefits. I’d like to discuss this concept even more in my next article.
