I loved your article! Thanks once again for the powerful and informative news you give to all of us on keeping fit. Reading your articles have kept me focused and motivated, but there are still times when I'm low on energy. What are some helpful natural energy boosters? If you know of some foods that are high in B12 vitamins and taste good please let me know. I read that B12 helps to booste your energy but I'm not getting the best result from my multi vitamin alone. I am extremely busy all day and though I fit in time for my workout, by the end of the day I am totally wiped out.-- posted by rubywoojada
